Terms and conditions for exchanges and returns

To make your exchange or return, contact us through the website chat or via WhatsApp at the following number: 5610718685. Provide your name and the order number, and an advisor will assist you with your request.

Changes

If you prefer a different item or size, you can request it when you return your item. To do so, let the customer service representative know via chat on the website or WhatsApp the new size or item you'd like to exchange.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

When making changes and returns you have to know that:

  • You have 15 business days to make any changes or returns.
  • If you're a new customer and making a purchase for the first time, you can make your first exchange or return free of charge via courier. We'll send you a return guide for your package via DHL, Estafeta, or Redpack. After your second purchase, any exchange or return via courier will have a fee of 250 pesos.
  • You can exchange your garment at any store in Mexico City (exchanges only, no returns).
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were sent.
  • Masks cannot be exchanged or returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we'll check the condition of the items and exchange the size or refund the returned items.

Refunds

The repayment period can range from 1 to 3 business days from when we receive your return at our warehouse. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made upon receipt. same payment method used in the purchase.
