What payment methods can be used for online purchases?

PayU: Platform that allows direct payments via VISA or MasterCard credit and debit cards. American Express is accepted, and you can make payments at OXXO and Seven Eleven.

PayPal: Same as PayU You can make payments with your credit or debit card. This platform is much faster, reflecting the payment within the first few minutes of purchase. Simply open a free online account with your name, email address, and the card you wish to use. How do I use PayPal?

Shipping

How much do you pay for shipments to or from Mexico City, and what is the delivery time?

-Our shipments are only within Mexico, and the same costs remain inside and outside Mexico City.

Shipping Types :

-You can select the "pay in store" option to make your payment directly at any of our branches, and also pick up your purchases within the first two business days after selecting your items.

-If you purchase over $1,999 pesos, shipping will be free within and outside Mexico City, with five business days to receive your merchandise at your registered address.

-Purchase items with no minimum purchase price and receive them within two business days by paying $200 pesos.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Refunds

What I bought wasn't what I expected. Will I get the cost plus shipping refunded?

We issue refunds within 15 business days for 100% of the purchase price, including shipping costs, as long as the item is in the same condition as when received (tag, packaging, and case). Customers must return the items they wish to return either directly to one of our stores or by using the courier of their choice, within five calendar days.

Changes                                                                                                                                                                

If the items I chose are not my size or I don't like the style completely, can I exchange them?

Yes, we exchange sizes or styles for any garment you've purchased, and if you need a tailoring adjustment, you can visit any of our stores for free. If none of our stores are nearby to make the exchange, you can send it to us, and we'll return the item you've chosen at no cost to you.

Coupons

How can I redeem a coupon or code online to apply a discount or redeem a promotion?

After choosing the items you want to purchase or redeem, add them to your shopping cart, register your details, and on the right side, a section will appear with the price of the item. Also, under the heading "CODE," enter the code you wish to use. If it's valid, the code will automatically be deducted from the price or the desired promotion will be applied.
